Jose Paniagua

In 2019, Mr. Jose Paniagua established Bread and Water Landscape LLC, leveraging his extensive expertise earned over two decades in the public works arena. A distinguished graduate with a BS degree from Cal State Northridge and an MBA from Cal State San Bernardino, Mr. Paniagua possesses a wealth of knowledge in landscaping, painting, and maintenance contracts. Having previously worked for another company in a similar capacity, he decided to chart his own course, founding Bread and Water Landscape LLC to independently undertake public works contracts.

With a comprehensive skill set, Mr. Paniagua holds State licenses including C-27 for landscaping, C-61/D38 for painting and decorating, and C-33 for painting and decorating.
